Jewelry Organizers

Yesterday, a few of you commented on the jewelry holders/organizers that I use.
Just in case you are in the market for something like them, I highly recommend these
I mentioned them here and bought them from here
You can either use them to organize your jewelry in your closet,
or if your like me, and have a closet too small for such a thing,
then you can display your jewelry in a nice decorative way.

On my wish list to store other random jewelry items
are these lovely boxes

Organizer for scarves & belts

I love this organizer that I picked up a few months ago from Ikea!
It is perfect for belts and scarves.
I would love to add this scarf to my little collection.
I think a little bright pink paisley would be fun for spring.

Three by Three: Organizing the Walls

You know I'm a sucker for organizational items.
I fell in love with these the minute I laid my eyes on them... Love at first sight!
Bamboo dry erase wall panels.  Aren't these just fantastic?
Three by Three has such great organizing items.
The entry butler is pretty fabulous as well...

Do you agree?
Innovative and multifunctional this hook up strip also multi-tasks as a magnetic strip bulletin board with four powerful magnets to hold memos, photos, etc.

 and this is cute too!

More Office Talk

As I've mentioned before, I am trying to organize my home "office."
Here are a few more things that I'm liking for the office.

[3]"W" Magazine Stand –  AllModern [4] Alphaville ChairMore Home .
{This Alphaville is basically made in the style of chair designs in the Eames Aluminum Group....it is a great "look-a-like."}
 Thomas Paul File Folders

These office supplies by Michael Sodeau are too fun!  These would just look too cool in my office!

These Lucite trays would be so stylin' to keep a surface clutter-free.
I freaked when I saw all of the amazing patterns!  Freaked!
I don't know how I'd ever decide on just one pattern.

West Elm Organization + Storage

I dont know about you, but I have quite a few projects on the TO DO list.
I feel overwhelmed with the many tasks that I want to accomplish in my home.  Organization is always at the top of the list.  I need to go through our toys and get rid of what we are not using; add bins to the closets for a more organized look; and take out the clothes that are too small and get out the storage bags.
I really like the look of the storage baskets and bins at West Elm
Bonus: right now they are having a sale on their storage baskets.

I have canvas storage shelves like these in each of my children's closets.
When we are putting away their clothes, they help choose their outfits for the week.
It helps our mornings to run a little more smoothly.  Also, it is VERY handy when their
daddy is in charge of getting them ready.  If he puts an outfit together, you just never know what you'll get!!!

Mabel's Labels

I love Mabel's Labels! I used them with J Boy on his bottles and sippy cups so they didn't get mixed up with another child's cup or bottle. The labels are still on even with a thousand washings! They are great for backpacks, clothes, shoes, household storage cans and bins. I love them!

Project: Organize Mudroom

So, one of my many projects this spring, is to organize the mudroom. We used to have one basket of shoes for the kids, but now, with our growing family and growing kids, that basket was getting chaotic. Plus, we had the issue of socks.... not wanting to get them, where to put them.... Our mudroom needed an adjustment. So, I went to IKEA and got this cute organizer and baskets. I'm hoping this solves the problem. Each kid has a basket for shoes, and a basket for socks! Yah! I know it is weird to have the socks in the mudroom, but it is working for us! Also, I finally have a place for my purse. Ahhhh! Now on to the next project.
